Rookie Reustle Signs

March 3, 2006

LYNBROOK, NY — Vice President of Cuisine, Tom McCauley announces today the signing of Rob Reustle to a National Letter of Intent for the 2006 Carl Spackler Open Championship.

"Rob will help our program reach our ultimate goal, which is to achieve national attention", said McCauley. "He will definitely compete for a best spot in his rookie year. Creighton tells me his ball striking is second to none. He also told me his short game and new found mental approach has made him the player he is."

Reustle shoots just under 100, which makes him the perfect "B" golfer at the Open Championship. "This game is kinda easy", said Ruestle. With a chuckle, "You pick a club, hit the ball, find it and hit it again. Players just make it difficult." Reustle appeared to be confident in his abilities. "I plan to take advantage of these guys and not panic. I hear that is the key. Then bring the jacket home to New York City."

The 2006 Carl Spackler Open begins play on June 8. Steve is the 3rd player to sign and represent the state of New York. He also is the 4th rookie to sign.
