POWELL, OH — Final plans are being finalized; Sheiker has contacted the clubhouse at Terra Alta and placed our beer order.  Please remember we can use our own coolers (thanks, Bro) but we are asked to purchase the beer from the clubhouse.  Beer will be sold to Loozers for $1.00 a can.  

We have confirmed with the proshop that they will not be aerating the greens until after GX.  Ann in the proshop added “And you will be happy to know the leaves have not started to fall yet”.  Of course I am sure Brent will still try to use the Leaf Rule on any hole he is not able to “find” his ball on.

The cabin will be cleaned Wednesday morning and ready for Loozers to take possession after the practice round on Wednesday.  Please do not put your stuff in the cabin until you have personally been told it’s ok by a founding father.  If you happen to arrive Tuesday night I am sure Boland will have room in his car for you to sleep with him.  He only takes up half a seat when he lies down.  

Rookies this is fair warning you should pack enough close to wear in a snow storm, a monsoon and a heat wave and prepare to golf in all of them.  We have never not played a round and don’t plan on breaking that tradition.  Of course Ann does not like getting up and traveling to the club house to open it during a blizzard but she is kind enough to do so.  

Oil your elbows for cornhole, practice your quarters and get your sleep now.  You will need it the days are counting down.  We are less than a week away.  Peace out Loozers
