BUFFALO, NY — Mike Trojanowski, the winner of the 2002 Carl Spackler Open, played his second round of the season.  The round marks the first recorded golf outside America in Spackler history.

Trojanowski shot his 4th best round (98 strokes) of his career good for an impressive 58 points at Beechwood Country Club in Canada.  "Things are very good," says Troj.  "My swing was very smooth from the start and continued throughout the day.  My birdie at the turn gave me extreme confidence on the back nine."

Troj had 5 pars, 1 birdie, and 5 bogeys good for 51 points.

"Mike played well," says Jay Dilks.  "Although, we played 6,000 yards, the course had a 139 slope and should not be taken lightly."

Trojanowski played his last round of golf in June at Tanglewood Park.  He currently is one round from eligibility for the On Tour Championship.
