PITTSBURGH, PA — CEO Jamie Myers announced Wednesday that Warren High School's Matt Davis has signed a national letter of intent to play golf at the 2004 Carl Spackler Open Championship in the summer of 2004 in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.

As Founder and Owner of the P.W.R.P (Pokeys Whipped Rehabiliation Program), Pokey has a huge part in our major championships. Pokey has been working to help all players achieve those sometimes impossible kitchen passes and help give back the freedom that the field is looking for.

"I am turing a new leaf", said Matt Davis. "I have gone blond and plan to gets fit in this year.  The old Pokey is out and the new Pokey is in."  Davis blonde hair is one specific change that has already been made and other plans are in the works.  "My first plan is to find a shower that does not include electric shock.  I really smelled last year.  The second thing is to get some sleep.  Cowan is killing me."

The Carl Spackler Open is scheduled for June 10-12, 2004 in Winston-Salem, NC.  There are currently 21 players, which includes 4 new rookies.  Matt Davis is the 3rd player to sign from Pennsylvania.  He joins tackling partner Kyle Marti and Brian Long.
