WINSTON-SALEM, NC — The Carl Spackler Open, #1 amateur golf tournament has added to it's wonderful entertainment value with a Spackler Casino.  The casino will have three table games including blackjack, roulette, and Texas Hold'em.  The winner of this great event will be granted a $100 credit for the 2005 Carl Spackler Open.

"I really think the casino will be a giant success", said Jason Watson.  "This is the kind of thing that players wanted and evenings needed.  It's amazing where this event has come in 4 years."

Every interested player will be given 40 chips complementary.  Blackjack begins on Wednesday night at 8PM in the hospitality room.  Roulette begins on Wednesday night at 10PM.  Blackjack returns on Thursday night for 2 hours starting at 9:30PM.  The Top 8 players in respects to the most chips will play Texas Hold?em in the Crosby Bar on Friday night.  The player with the most chips at 11:30PM on Friday will win the prize.

The Carl Spackler Open is scheduled to begin in 20 days.  The hipe continues to increase as the major championship moves closer with each day.
