This is the place where rules will be modified throughout the week for rain. This is the single place for rule changes based on playing conditions.

Touching Ball
Players can pickup balls on fairway, aprons, and fringe to completely clean a ball. Player cannot touch a ball unless defined by other rules.

Standing Water
Definition. Water anywhere not designated by red hazard lines. Underground water that rises to surface when standing next to ball is considered standing water. Free drop nearest point of relief no closer to the hole.

Sand Trap relief has not been decided, but will be announced before restart. Either A or B.

Bunker Rule A
Players will play ball in sand trap without standing water. Everyone can rake a spot in any sand trap nearest point of relief no closer to hole when possible. Then lay or place ball in sand. Do not remove ball from sand trap without penalty as described in Touching Ball rule card. See Rule B if entire sand trap has standing water.

Bunker Rule B
Players ball can be picked up from sand trap or lip with no penalty. The player imagines an infinite line that starts at the hole, crosses over the ball in the sand, and continues away from hole. A player drops knee-high back on-the-line.
