The Carl Spackler Open is an organization based on referrals. Everyone is required to trust their referral and follow the Code of Conduct. Do not invite friends and family who do not trust you. The Captains Club addresses all Code of Conduct problems with the referral. Everyone is expected to:

1. Listen and follow directions provided by your referral.
2. Respect golfers and our vendors.
3. Treat the staff at the golf course, the hotel, the bars, and the restaurants with respect.
4. Do not touch staff or locals.
5. Do not litter alcohol in empty containers.
6. Clean up your friend's mess. Clean up after the overall event.
7. Watch your language. There is always a place and time, but we share a public space.
8. You break it, you buy it.
9. Threatening and/or physically harming another member of our group is grounds for expulsion.
10. Do not drink and drive a vehicle. Approximately 20% of the group does not drink alcohol. There are Uber drivers and sober participants plus your vehicle is fine in parking lots overnight.
