RALEIGH, NC — There has been a lot of talk about the 2006 entertainment within walking distance of the hotel. But could any predict an individual that could walk from home to a major championship.

Rikky Goswami, a.k.a. Swami, signs from the north side of downtown Raleigh. Ashley Davis might be 6 miles from the hotel, but Goswami is reportedly only 2.3 miles from hotel.

"If someone sees a man walking east on Peace Street with a set of golf clubs, it is probably Swami," says Brandon Hunter. "His round trip commute is probably 9 long par 5's."

Rikky signs as the 6th player to represent the state of North Carolina. He is also the 8th rookie to sign.

"This guy takes home field advantage to another level," says Jamie Myers. "This is one guy that has no excuse."

The field of players has grown to 54 players. Golf trip options begin tomorrow and will be available for 23 days.
