WHEELING, WV — Organizers of the Inaugural "Coach JT Thomas Memorial Golf Scramble" in Wheeling, WV knew right where to look to get the star power they needed to make their event a success.  15 Loozers have signed on to help the infant charity foundation raise money to fund scholarships for college students in the Wheeling community.  The event will be held at the Crispin Golf course in Oglebay park, the home course of Joe Reynolds and Bulzie Bonomo.

Tournament organizer, JT Thomas jr., was thrilled with the reponse from Golfapalooza veterans.  "It is a thrill to have so many of these guys step up for a good cause.  It is sure to help with our turnout and it will also help us attract some corporate sponsors hoping for photo op's with the celebrities."

Grundo Magruder is not only playing in the event but has become a corporate sponsor himself.  "Coach Thomas meant alot to most of us and it is the least we could do.  He taught us alot about life, not just football.  Although, the son of a b___ could of played me more..."  Uh thanks Grundo, now some words from one of our other participants.

Well, maybe the guys aren't the best with words but their hearts are in the right the place.  As evidenced by the accompanying photo, Loozers are all about helping those in need.  Thanks to all who are participating and we look forward to seeing you all.
