HOUSTON, TX — Just when you think he may stop attending venues 2,000 miles away, Jason Watson, Vice President of Awards has signed to play in his 13th major championship and 7th straight Spackler.

"I cannot ignore this championship," says Watson. "It is who I am. Waiting to sign is just something that others do. Everyone knows where I will on June 7 and there is no reason to not set expectations early."

Watson was assigned rule enforcement in 2001, but lost the duty after rule ignorance regarding the "unplayable lie". Jason "Randy" Watson remains a vital member of the Captains Club and responsible for the awards.

Jason is well known for his lead singer position in the Sexual Chocolate band. Jason is best known for pez and his subscriptions to Playboy, Sporting News, US Weekly, Sports Illustrated, US News, People, Maxim, Stuff, Entertainment, Rolling Stone, Details, Men?s Health, Gear, Esquire, Golf, Premier, Wresting Digest, Spin, and News Week.

Watson somewhat returns home as a student of Eastern Michigan University. "I love Michigan and looking forward to returning up north," said Watson while signing the dotted line. "Michigan is extremely underrated place for a golf trip and that is a shame."

Watson signs as the 1st player from Texas and hopefully not the last. The 2007 Carl Spackler Open Championship begins on June 7. The registration period ends on December 28 at post office all over America.
