COLUMBUS, OH — PostStats LLC, the premier amateur sports entertainment website, announced today the scorecard displays have been revamped for the Carl Spackler Open starting May 1.

The large change is expected to be very noticable as the scorecard overhaul will include 9-hole leagues, team best balls, scrambles, two different handicaps, tournament play, and match play. Encompassing the entire structure in scorecards that look and feel more like actual scorecards.

"We have changed the scorecards considerably," says Greg Long from his home in Columbus, OH. "I did not really like the look and we definitely needed something else to work with the many different golf formats. This is a very large step forward towards the future of Poststats.com."

Virtual Tournament scorecards will begin to display foursomes, threesomes, and twosomes. All scorecards with multiple golfers with the same tee time on the same day at the same course will be displayed to better represent the community.

"The largest task was showing individual 72-hole tournaments using team scorecards," said Long. "Not just one team, but 4 different team events using 4 different golfers for each team over all 4 rounds similar to Golfapalooza. It was not easy, but it is done."

The scorecards will be changed in many areas including color. The old point target of 35 points was elevated to 60 points in January. The "Good Holes" will be displayed in green, but require at least 4 points to be highlighted instead of the old 3 point method.

The scorecard changes are designed for 9-hole league play, which is now available by Poststats.com, LLC.
