TERRA ALTA, WV — Sheiker stepped to the podium this morning in what may be the final information update prior to GXX. "We've had a flurry of activity over the last 24 hours," Sheiker said as he opened his remarks. "KGB Cup matchups have been set by Spyder and Spanky. The scramble teams have been reviewed to eliminate any unintentional duplicates. All of the teams and pairings have been entered into the site by our guy Randy.  We believe that the only thing left to do on the site is review the team handicaps that have been determined to make sure they are in line with what we expect."

"We set out with the intent to give everyone completely different teammates Thursday thru Saturday with no overlap, and we have accomplished that. Thanks to Bro for his help in making that happen so easily.  We did, however, make an exception on Friday to allow for last year's four man scramble champions to defend their title. Even though Bud is not here to help with the defense, we subbed another Long Island guy in his place. I'm not going to reveal it here, but you have a 1 in 3 chance of guessing who it is. I'm sure there will be overlap from Wednesday teams into the weekend, but we really didn't care about that."

"This year's KGB Cup format will be the same as last year. The foursomes will play a team best ball the first six holes, then individual matches against their opponents on holes 7-12 and 13-18. One point is at stake in each match. The six man group will play three six hole matches instead of a team match on 1-6. Teams in order of their tee time are as follows:"
