Housing Crisis?

TERRA ALTA, WV — No, were not talking about The Big Short and the collapse of the world economy. And crisis may be too strong a word. For G25, we will once again be in the cozy confines of the Wilson Cabin at Alpine Lake. As most Loozers know, we no longer have access to the extremely convenient accommodations right next door to Wilson Cabin, sold to a family who just lives there full time.
With the 11 tournament signings weve had so far, 3 are Loozers who were not in attendance last year, and there are lots of rumors of a record rookie class for G25, as well as plenty of rumors of returns by ghosts of Golfapaloozas past. The Founding Fathers are hard at work trying to secure appropriate accommodations for this years event. There are a few options for additional houses available which seem not too difficult to get too, even at two in the morning. And of course, there is the lodge, but there is a wedding planned for the same weekend as G, so the number of lodge rooms that may be available to us is still a question mark right now. (Although I hear Sensay and Ronnell are invited to the wedding so we got that goin for us.)
The Founding Fathers would very much appreciate all Loozers registering their attendance probability by signing into Golfapalooza.com and completing registration. With the potential for higher-than-normal attendance, it will be extremely helpful for planning to know earlier rather than later what kind of numbers were dealing with. If youre definitely in, you can register as attending. If you want to come but are not yet sure you are able, or are just not sure which days you can come, you can register a different attendance probability. Loozers registering as attending will be signed as participants, and Loozers registering as probable, questionable or doubtful will remain unsigned in The Rumor Mill until they are able to confirm they can attend. If you are recruiting rookies, please get them to create an account, and register, and start entering some scorecards.
