G25 Lodging/Bed Assignments

TERRA ALTA, WV — Below are the lodging assignments for G25. Our initial plan for lodging was that no one would have to share a bed other than a king, and no one would have to sleep on a couch, a futon or pull-out couch, unless thats what they prefer. Given the enthusiasm for this monumental event and the number of registrations received, we had to break from that plan just a little bit, in that there are Loozers who are sharing queen beds thanks to those who graciously agreed in advance to do so; doubling up was a considerably easier and more cost effective solution than trying to add more lodging.
Some notes - If you are staying at one of the cabins, cabin keys are available for pick up at the guard shack by 4pm on Monday (Wilson), Tuesday (Lake Escape), Wednesday (Antler Ridge). Tell the guard which cabin you are staying at theyll give you the keys if you are the first person to arrive for that cabin. They wont if someone else has already picked them up.
If you are staying in a lodge room, keys can be picked up at the hotel front desk. You may need to provide a credit card at the time of check in, but Sheiker will pay for all of the rooms (except for Gus who reserved his directly) upon check out. You will not be charged directly. But if you charge room service, porn, or make long distance calls from the room, you may have to have a fight with Sheiker Sunday morning.
For newcomers, or long time since coming, the addresses to navigate directly to the cabins are: Wilson, 104 Baneberry Lane, Terra Alta; Lake Escape, 174 Sumac Lane, Terra Alta; Antler Ridge, 51 Pine Drive, Terra Alta. There are also specific directions from the guard shack to the cabins provided at the bottom of each Properties page at the following website: https://vrentals.vacationrentaldesk.com/
One additional note the event will be purchasing our usual assortment of snacks for the group. These snacks will be at the Wilson Cabin, as it is expected that most Loozers (unless you been bitten by a Spyderrrrrrrrrrr), will spend their evenings hanging out at Wilson. If you are staying at one of the other cabins or at the lodge and expect to need late night snacks, please bring something to keep at your respective cabin or room. Also, regardless of where youre staying, if you just want to bring some snacks to add to the group collection at Wilson, that would be welcomed (but definitely not required).
