Zeffy Saves Spackler $430
March 4, 2025
WESTERVILLE, OH — The Carl Spackler Open announced today that it has already saved $430 in transaction and platform fees by using Zeffy in 2025. Zeffy is the only 100% free platform worldwide for nonprofits.
"We are super excited to share Zeffy has saved our participants $430 so far in 2025," said CFO of the Captains Club Rick Dosky. "Instead of losing money to processing fees, these savings are now going directly back to the registrants who make payments. We have collected approximately two-thirds of event fees, which means Zeffy savings could eclipse $600 in our first year."
Zeffy is disrupting the traditional fundraising landscape by offering an innovative voluntary contribution model. Unlike other platforms that deduct processing or service fees, Zeffy allows donors to choose whether they want to contribute to keep the platform running. Even if donors opt out, nonprofits still receive 100% of their donations.
This model has led to an estimated $40 million in savings for nonprofits so far, allowing organizations to allocate more funds to their missions rather than overhead costs.
