Slow Down
June 15, 2005
GALLOWAY, OH — A massive golf slow down has hit the stunned Carl Spackler Open field after a busy week at Mountain Valley. The 5th successful tournament even has Jim DeMaria disinterested in golf as of late.
"I am under a temporary retirement from golf," says Jim. "I am waiting for my hands to stop bleeding from the golf grip areas."
The group played 248 rounds of golf last week. Ravinder Bakshi shot the best as the only person in the 70's.
Jason Ridgeway and Marty Zabonik shot in the 80's last week as Mountain Valley forest stalked their mental game.
The 2005 On Tour Championship has 64 players currently participating. The new record is expected continued growth as new rookies begin to enter scorecards.
