System Overhaul
January 7, 2006
COLUMBUS, OH — Poststats.com, Inc., future provider of services supporting amateur sports entertainment, has delayed their beta stage 60 days in order to
complete necessary changes to database structure, private branding, and navigation overhaul. The services will continue to be available to all registered members of Poststats.com Beta as the construction takes place.
"The very diverse application has already grown out it's initial design," says Brian Long, CIO of Poststats LLC. "These changes will allow us to position ourselves as a national sports community."
The database structure is expected to speed up the need for information. It also will better structure complex golf courses, and add tee box ratings for both genders as the largest needs.
The private branding and navigational changes will require a complete overhaul of the header. The existing Poststats header will be replaced with a community header that is expected to increase the navigation tenfold.
"We have received lots of great feedback," says Greg Long. "We fully understand the difficult navigation to date and have strived to provide the
best navigation for the community."
The biggest changes for the header will be the removal of the drop down menus, Poststats.com logo and business links. The private community logos will be moved to the top left with all navigation exposed. The company also plans to offer private community branding.
Poststats LLC started development with amateur golf in early 2005. The company expects to offer their services to the public by March 2006.
