COLUMBUS, OH — Despite the overcast cooler temperatures and not breaking 90, Chris Phillipsen fired 47 points over the weekend at Granville Golf Club.  His big 9 on the par 4 15th hole certaintly cost him the high 80's if not the mid-80's.

"Not a very good hole," says Chris Phillipsen after putting out for his quintuple bogey.  "I really need to do a better job of eliminating these round kickers."

Phillipen's bogey golf was saved by a 7-point birdie on Hole 13.  He finished with 7 pars and 5 bogeys.

"Anything better than 138 is better than me at Granville," says Tom Fowble.  "That place has my number."

Phillipsen finds his way into 18th place with 43.7 points per round for the On Tour Championship.

In other news, Jean Dore took over the lead for the 5th time this season.  The season-long tournament ends in less than 3 months.
