VIRGINIA BEACH, VA — There was never a doubt from time of explosion til last week when it became official.  Mike Herron, who wore the Carl Spackler Outfit won the 2005 Best Picture.

The picture of Kevin Long, Jr. pooping his pants on the golf course left little doubt who deserved the award.  With 40% of the vote, Mike Herron takes home $75 good towards the 2006 Carl Spackler Open.

"It was money in the bank as soon as it was taken," says Herron. "Not winning would have prompted a scandal at the highest level of the organization."

With plenty of votes, the picture of Jamie Myers getting a smooch from Chad Long and Gumby on his knees drew 2nd place.  Each picture drew 20% of the vote. "His wiskers were rough," says Chad Long. "It was pretty disgusting even with plenty of liquid confidence."

Third place with 15% of the vote was Brian Long receiving a smooch from an innocent female.  "It was good," says Long. "I think it moved after the second one."

The 2006 Carl Spackler Open begins in 3 weeks with invitations.  The tournament is scheduled for Clayton, NC.
