SEVIERVILLE, TN — On behalf the Captains Club, Jeff Tatum, Mark Wray, and Kevin Long continued to release details surrounding the 16th Major Championship scheduled for June in Tennessee. Mark Wray gladly took the responsibility of releasing financials surrounding alcohol and general beverage at Sevierville Golf Club.

"Sevierville Golf Club beer will be once again cheapest in event history," said with a big smile. "The price per beer will be $2.00 and the same as the last 8 years." Sevierville will provide thousands of beverages using beverage carts and clubhouse throughout the week.

"My two cases of beer remains under $100," said a delighted Tatum. "The beverage cart girls should be happy with our consumption."

Sevierville Golf Club will also provide lots of non-alcoholic beverages.

"The cost of beer will increase sharply away from the golf course," says Kevin Long. "The details are still unknown, but hotspots in a tourist area are expected to price beer at 50 to 100 percent higher."

The event fee and hotel will provide complimentary beverages for breakfast each morning. The event will also provide dinner on Saturday night with non-alcoholic beverage.

The 2016 Carl Spackler Open registration period ended on February 29. The tournament has signed 65 golfers, but is banking on a single cancellation. Participant options were collected in March with outstanding balances being collected in April.
