It includes the concept of Equitable Stroke Control, but not perfectly implemented.

The number of rows is based on the USGA Stroke Handicap™ system and the number of normal rounds you have entered into PostStats.
Rounds that are completed with non-standard practices, like bonus holes and bonus points, are not included.
