Our Buddy is Back!

January 5, 2005

WARREN, PA — Jim Campbell of Warren, PA has signed a national letter-of-intent to play golf at the 2005 Carl Spackler Open, member Kevin Long, Sr. announced today. "Our Little Buddy is one of our most excited members and we are always happy to see he is prioritizing his life properly."

Campbell returns after tieing for 40th place at the 2004 Carl Spackler Open.  He started terrible, but turned it on down the stretch making eight-less strokes per day.

Jim placed 9th in the 2004 On Tour Championship after scoring 42.2 points per round during the 2004 season.

"Jim brings a tremendous amount of national tournament experience to our program," Long said. "He has solid fundamentals and the ability to make a lot of double bogeys. He will be a welcome addition to our field of players."

Jim decided in early 2004 that being in a drunken stuper and golfing for 3 days is well worth jeopardizing this pathetic source of income that he called a job. His golfing left alot to be desired however, he was looking forward to "perfecting" his puking, socializing, and hangover skills.

The Carl Spackler Open is set to kickoff on June 9 with Round 1. There are 25 players signed as of today. Jim is the 2nd player to sign from Warren, PA and the 4th player from the state of Pennsylvania.
