GXXVIIII Fees Set

June 24, 2025

TERRA ALTA, WV — As we reach the 90-day mark until GXXVIIII it's time to formally announce this year's costs. After being able to hold costs flat last year, we are able to keep this year's increase to a minimum. After negotiations with the team at Alpine Lake the increase from the last couple years will only be $52 bringing the total base cost of this year's event to $651.  Beer prices and variety will remain consistent with last year.

The majority of the increase is coming from escalating food costs. "We still feel like this is the best value in golf," Butter Flanagan said when asked for comment. "The greens fees are still really good, even with the small bump. Caleb said we have a whole new fleet of carts this year, although he may have kept a couple old ones for Hurricane to drive. We also haven't confirmed the rumor about Cane needing to pass a driver's test this year. We'll let everyone know what we find out."

22 Loozers have registered for GXXVIIII at the time of this article. We're expecting a field of 36-38 including the return of Long-O. Can't wait!

If you or anyone you are sponsoring has not registered yet, please make every effort to do so as soon as possible.  Registration closes 8/3.
