OSTRANDER, OH — Well, it looks like after missing the first night of the league, Peter Minardi has come to show everyone what tournament play is really all about.  With to guest players filling out the fivesome (Todd Flanagan and Greg Long) the pace of play was still a blistering 2 hours.

When asked what Peter contributed his night winning 25 point score to he simply said “I don’t know man, it was like I could do no wrong.  The hole looked like the size of a basketball hoop.”

Once again Flanagan saved not having to buy the customary post round beverages by scoring 10 point on the final 2 holes and draining a 7 foot par put on the last hole to beat Greg Long by 1 point.  â€œGreg should be ashamed of himself for only scoring 17 points.  He’s the worst best golfer I know.”

Constant Dan was not so constant this week finding a few areas in the rough with his drives.  His solid iron play kept in him contention all day and safely out of contention for the “Special”.  When asked about his round Dan responded with.  It’s a good thing I tanked the last 2 holes last week so I could get that extra point for Bogey this week.  That really kept me alive.”

Both Greg  and Todd left with smiles on their faces and offer to fill in whenever needed as they too had a great time.
