Quack Open July 26

May 19, 2013

WESTERVILLE, OH — On July 26th, amateur golfers from all over the country will be converging on Columbus, OH for the golf tournament everyone is talking about: The Quackenbush Open.  It will again be held at the prestigious Medallion Club, which has 3 championship 9-hole courses available. This tournament is currently open for registration to all golfers who hope to qualify for the upcoming major: Golfapalooza GXVII, in September.  (122 days left!) The entry fee for this immersive day of golf is $110, which covers:

* 18 holes of golf & cart.  (I'm working on the possibility of 27 holes, but that will raise the price.)

* Continental breakfast

* Lunch at the turn

* Long drive & closest to the pin contests.

* An opportunity to see Butter strut around in a robe.

* Prize money for the winning team.

Format of play is still to be determined (based on the participants), but we are leaning towards a team format similar to the much-acclaimed KGB Cup of 2011.  These details will become clearer as registration fills up. We need a minimum of 12 golfers to make this happen, so please commit early to help with planning. Are you in?

RSVP to Quack with attendance status and any questions.
