The following participant option schedule is provided. Each period is published as part of the event itinerary.

FIRST SET (Available the final month of event registration.)
A collection of single occupancy reservations, golf replay round reservations, and apparel purchases.

SECOND SET (Available the month following the event registration period.)
A collection of playing partner and roommates to begin after a final roster is known. A transportation schedule is collected for expediting the hotel check-in process, promoting car pools, organizing airport pickups/drop offs, and to best schedule the Welcome Player Meeting.

THIRD SET (An abbreviated selection period approximately 3 weeks prior to event.)
A collection of golf rule importance, beverage preference, and mobile scoring sign up. A collection of food preference can also be collected.
