Balances Due

April 23, 2008

PERU, IN — Chief Financial Officer Rick Dosky announced the deadline for remaining balances in a press release from the Spackler Business Office on Tuesday. Golfers have four days to send in their final payment.

"Prompt payments are critical now," said Rick Dosky from his office desk at the financial building inside the Carl Spackler Campus. "We will start replacing participants immediately on May 3 with a funded waiting list.

As of April 23, approximately 32.5 percent of the fees were uncollected and 30 individual balances were covered. Personal checks must be postmarked by April 26 and made out to Rick Dosky.

"I really think that we are doing very well this year with all of the deadlines," said Chairman Greg Long. "Our offices expect 95 percent of the collections by the deadline. Then bring in Jay Dilks, Vice President of Collections to determine whether to replace participants or distribute punishing blows."

Starting May 1, participants who withdraw will lose the non-refundable deposit plus 3 percent per day on the rest of their received payments.

Players interested in checking their balance can do so by clicking "FUNDS & OPTIONS" link off the menu. Each golfers remaining balance is located in the Owe column. Rick Dosky's mailing address can be found on the participant balances page by signing into the website.

If you believe your balance is incorrect, or if you have any other questions about funding, please send an e-mail to Rick Dosky.

There are 42 days left before Round 1. The tournament will be held at Rock Hollow Golf Club with starting tee times of 10:00AM, 8:00AM and 8:00AM. Pairings and roommates are scheduled for release on May 15 assuming all funds are collected and golfer replacements are not required.
