The speed limit in and around Brooklyn is as slow as 20 miles per hour. The Michigan State Police  takes driver licenses as bond.

A taxi service will be stationed in Brooklyn and available throughout Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday evening. The subsidized fare was based on initial demand and $8.00-$10.00 for one-way rides.
