Registration Open til January 31

SNOWSHOE, WV — The Captains Club announced the registration period for the 2013 Carl Spackler Open is open. The period will end January 31 requires each participant to register online, post 2+ scorecards, and submit a non-refundable non-transferable deposit of $120.00.
"Let's get it on," said a very young looking Jeremy Myers. "It's time to stop talking about Spackler and get out the check books. Remember to read carefully and final payments must be mailed prior to April 15."
The tournament details are open to the public and available online at carlspackleropen.com. Golfers who are interested can visit the website, click "Register Now!", and follow the step-by-step directions. The registration process will take approximately 10 to 15 minutes to consume.
The 13th annual golf tournament is scheduled to be played in Snowshoe, West Virginia at the Raven at Snowshoe Resort. The tournament office is expecting between 48 and 60 golfers.
There are several requirements for all golfers wishing to participate. "The registration process was moved into the website in 2011," says Chairman of the Captains Club Greg Long. "Golfers who are not attending, doubtful, questionable, or even probable are encouraged to complete the registration process and communicate their attendance probability to event and its participants."
Golfers who PRE-registered this summer and fall must re-register for the 2013 Carl Spackler Open.
Golfers WILL NOT BE LISTED on the 2013 Carl Spackler Open website until they have both registered online AND Rick Dosky has received payment. All golfers who register online will be listed in the 'Rumor Mill'.
Non-refundable non-transferable $120 deposits should be written out to the non-profit organization "Carl Spackler Open, Inc." Golfers will be added to the website as payments arrive. Payments will also be posted on the website in the finance section.
The 2013 Carl Spackler Open is a 4-day event and includes a 54-hole golf tournament and practice round. Participant options will be collected in March 2013. Options are unknown, but expected to include registration for a cornhole tournament, 4-man scramble replay round, meal choice, and apparel purchase.
