THERE IS A ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY FOR DRINKING AND DRIVING!

The following are guidelines for included beverages at the Neuse Golf Club and the Clarion Hotel.

The very large volume of beer during the week will be Coors, Busch, Busch Lite, and Yuengling. The huge budget was based on 58 drinking golfers and 6 cans of beer per golfer per day plus draft beer from multiple kegs. We have a similar ratio plus overlap for the remaining non-alcoholic drinks and non-drinkers. The tournament has rented two cart girls and two beverage carts. This includes ice and driving them around the golf course. The rental fee did not include gratuity.

RULES
(1) DO NOT TAKE MORE THAN 2 BEERS PER GOLFER PER BEVERAGE CART VISIT.
(2) USE THE GARBAGE CANS LOCATED AT EACH TEE BOX AND ALL AROUND THE CLUBHOUSE. DO NOT LAY CANS OR CUPS ON THE GROUND AROUND THE 18TH GREEN OR ANYWHERE ELSE.
(3) THE NEUSE CAN REVOKE ALL CONSUMPTION OF BEER REGARDLESS OF YOUR OPINION. PLEASE LISTEN TO ALL RANGERS, STARTERS AND GUYS WEARING RED HATS.
(4) NO PERSONAL COOLERS PERMITTED ON THE GOLF COURSE.

Beverage Schedule:

There will be no beverages available on Wednesday during the practice round.  

A Welcome Party will be held at approximately 8:00PM EST on Wednesday evening in the Hospitality Room (room 1801). We plan to welcome our members and rookies with a keg of Yuengling.

Thursday - Non-alcoholic drinks will be provided from the hotel to the course on the party bus. Beer & drinks will be provided in beverage carts until it runs out. Draft beer from the keg will also be provided at the turn, after the first round, at the clubhouse pavilion and during the Skills Challenge Contest. Additional beer will be provided for the trip back to the hotel on the party bus.

Friday -  Non-alcoholic drinks will be provided from the hotel to the course on the party bus. Beer & drinks will be provided in beverage carts until it runs out. This includes the scramble. Draft beer from the keg will also be provided at the turn, after the second round and at the clubhouse. Additional beer will be provided for the trip back to the hotel on the party bus.

Saturday - Non-alcoholic drinks will be provided from the hotel to the course on the party bus. Beer & drinks will be provided in beverage carts until it runs out. Beer will be provided AS IT IS AVAILABLE for the trip back to the hotel on the party bus.
