The event starts on Wednesday, June 6 @ 2:15PM with the practice round. The event concludes with the Awards Presentation on Saturday, June 9 @ 9:15PM.

The trip itinerary is available online by clicking CALENDAR. The evenings are entirely based on pace of play at the golf course. The pace of play target is a maximum of 5 hours. The itinerary is based on 6 hours for 18 holes. The itinerary is pushed back depending on pace of play. Text messages will be sent with itinerary modifications caused by pace of play and weather delays.

There are 90 minutes of tee times when the group dual tees. This 3-hour window (1 1/2 hours of tee times and 1 1/2 hours of finishing) of golfing time allows plenty of time for the tournament to get organized, practice, eat, take pictures, socialize, and score the tournament.

The player meeting is scheduled for Wednesday after the practice round.
