1.  Deposits are determined by post office mark using 12:01am, hand delivery time, and time of paypal transfer. A tie breaker for post marked date will be a coin flip.

2. Non-refundable non-transferable deposits postmarked after January 31 will be held until April 18.

3.  Late-entries must be paid in full.

4.  Decisions on late-entries are completed based on cancellations, increased availability, on April 18 (based on unpaid balances), and in a way to achieve a participant count divisible by 4.

5.  Checks from late-entries are 100% refundable until accepted in as a participant. Personal checks will be torn up if not accepted. Payments received, but not accepted will be refunded.

6.  Participant Options for late-entries will be collected immediately after registration acceptance.

7.  Personal contact information inside the website must be accurate.
