Roommate assignments and foursome preferences are collected online in March and reviewed in April. Referrals attending with a single "rookie" (first year participant) will be roomed together. All rookies will be paired for golf with their referral once. There are no other guarantees.

Legends Resort is assigning the event 22 condos. Each condo is unique, but owners are required to have at least two double beds in the master bedroom and two singles in secondary bedroom. It is likely that bed sizes will never be known before June 5. The group was split into two groups. Golfers staying 4 nights and golfers staying 5 nights. Rookies were assigned their roommate in each group. The remaining golfers were assigned a roommate and condo-mates for each group. Master bedrooms were assigned last to roommates using total number of Spackler’s attended vs their condo-mates total. The bedrooms assignments are published on website.
