Selections Due Saturday
LEWIS CENTER, OH — The 2012 Carl Spackler Open begins in 72 days and the second phase of the tournament ends this week. The participant options started on March 1 with nearly half the golfers communicating their desires by mid-March. There are is 6 days left to complete options by March 31.
"Most of the options will be removed from selection on April 1," says Marty Zabonik. "Outstanding balances are due in the mail to Rick Dosky two weeks later." The participant balances page will display all payments, credits, and expenses when a golfer is signed into the website.
"Our staff has put together a strong package," added Zabonik. "A lot of work and now it is your turn. Finalize your options and get your money in."
The golf shirt order has exploded this year with multiple shirts being sold daily. The logo shirt order could very well hit 60 shirts.
The online options can be selected by visiting www.carlspackleropen.com, signing-in, and clicking on "PLAN YOUR TRIP TODAY" graphic. The options are indeed optional. All players are encouraged to fill them out, however the show will go on regardless.
"Golfers can click 'Pay Balance' to view their detailed balance," says Zabonik. "The tools and information to pay the balance is also located at the web page. Outstanding balances must be postmarked by April 15, 2012."
The 2012 Carl Spackler Open begins first round play on Thursday, June 7. There are 64 golfers expected to attend the annual event.
