Airport ground transportation for participants is included in the $399 golf trip fee. There will be $4,000 spent on ground transportation while in Texas. The transportation medium was decided upon based on schedule flexiblity and potentially 45 intoxicated participants.

All participants will be transported from the airport to the golf course using two different vehicles. (1) 15-seat passenger van or (2) private van/bus shuttle service.

The least expensive vendor transports 1, 2, 3, or 4 golfers from HRL to golf course for $72. Participants will be pushed together into groups and assigned ground transportation.
