Scheduled ground transportation for participants is included. There will be $4,000 spent on ground transportation while in Texas. The transportation medium was decided upon based on schedule flexiblity and potentially 48 intoxicated participants. The majority of the ground transportation will be provided using three 15-seat passenger vans using three sober drivers.

There are minor inefficiencies that come with safe transportation for 51 people. There are multiple volunteers driving the vans on a schedule. Participants are responsible to be 1 or 2 minutes early for pickup and without excuses. There is taxi service for additional convenience. Departure times are documented and communicated to everyone. Each departure is often based on another past or future pickup.

Please do not pressure or ask van drivers about a return ride from South Padre Island. Please do not ask van drivers to save seats. Please do not ask the drivers to wait for you.
