All participants should be looking to obtain five pieces of communication as soon as they arrive.

(1) Wednesday Daily Pairing Sheet (Practice Round). This includes golfers not participating in the practice round. The hotel front desk will have these sheets on Wednesday night. There will be sheets available at the clubhouse on Wednesday for the practice round.

(2) Rooming List. These will be available at the hotel front desk. Roommates are available online.

(3) Bagtag. These will be available at the practice range from participants wearing a red colored hat.

(4) Local Map. These will be available at the hotel front desk.
