Bag storage is included in your tournament fee. All golf bags can remain at the golf course starting Wednesday evening or Thursday afternoon through Saturday morning. Poplar Grove was told by Greg Long that each participant will handle the physical labor behind storing golf bags. Poplar Grove employees who you allow to assist should be tipped.

Each golfer will receive a personalized bag tag for easy carting by Poplar Grove. Please see Matt Davis on Wednesday before teeing off for a bag tag. Participants who are not participating in the optional practice round on Wednesday will receive their bag tag at the player meeting on Thursday morning.

Poplar Grove does not have a clubhouse, but three square buildings the square footage of single car garages. Golf bags will be stored in one of these small square stone buildings near the pro shop. Please see someone wearing a red hat or ask a staff member for simple direction.

The biggest problem with golf course bag storage happens when 'mentally spaced out' golfers leave their hotel key or wallet in their golf bag and get on a bus for the hotel. Please do not leave expensive watches or equivalent in golf bags.
