The most important thing you can do for the event organizers is to never lose your daily pairing sheet. Secure it to your body like your wallet at breakfast, golf course, and late at night. The large event is managed and coordinated from sunrise to 2:00AM daily using these pairing sheets. Pairing sheets include important non-golf information. The sheets are designed for your back pocket and provide a well organized event.

IF YOU ARE PLAYING GOLF WEDNESDAY... DO NOT TOUCH THE PAIRING SHEETS AT THE HOTEL FRONT DESK! THIS IS ESPECIALLY IMPORTANT FOR TUESDAY NIGHT STAYS. There will be 14 pairing sheets left at the hotel front desk for 14 guys not participating in the practice round on Wednesday. Greg Long will begin to distribute 74 pairing sheets on Wednesday morning. Golfers who are playing golf Wednesday can obtain a pairing sheet at the Poplar Grove practice range on Wednesday.

Thursday Daily Pairing Sheets will be distributed at the Mandatory Player Meeting on Thursday. Friday sheets will be distributed Thursday night to 15 hotel rooms and 57 sheets will be distributed on the shuttle bus. Saturday sheets will be distributed Friday night to 15 hotel rooms and 57 sheets will be distributed on the shuttle bus. There are only 3 or 4 extra copies printed and these are given to the golf course employees.

These sheets will contain tournament pairings, leaderboard, contest information, schedule of events, shuttle schedule, tournament rules, scoring procedures, player courtesies, nightly entertainment information, golf handicap information, etc..

Unofficial tournament pairings are available online in mid-May. Pairings are never final until you have a pairing sheet in your hand due to numerous changes and late-cancellation(s). Pairings for the final round on Saturday are set based on reverse leaderboard order through Round 2. Exactly like the PGA Tour with the exception of Brian Long, Chris Philipsen, and Greg Garrett who will play first and score the tournament off the 18th green.

There are no guaranteed pairings for anyone attending with one exception. All rookies will play with their referral.
